Penyakit jantung koroner adalah penyakit jantung akibat rusaknya pembuluh darah koroner.

Serangan jantung, atau infark miokardial (bahasa Inggris: Myocardial infarction, acute myocardial infarction, MI, AMI) adalah terhentinya aliran darah, meskipun hanya sesaat, yang menuju ke jantung, dan mengakibatkan sebagian sel jantung menjadi mati.
